Abstract: To help Chinese teachers understand and implement competency-based curriculum design, we established a teacher innovation community in China. During the summers of 2020 and 2021, K-12 teachers and researchers jointly designed STEM courses on climate change during 6-week workshops. Researchers use social platforms to share teaching experience to help teachers better understand and implement innovative courses.
