S is an Asynchronous Discussion Forum Software, developed in order to offer extended monitoring and interaction analysis support, by providing a wide range of Interaction Analysis (IA) indicators jointly used in various situations, to all possible users (individual students, groups, teachers/moderators, researchers/observers), appropriate for their various roles in different activities. In this paper we present a brief overview of the research and results regarding the students as IA tool users, deriving from four conducted studies, in educational contexts.en_US
