This paper reports a study about memorization of online chat interaction. Results show that subjects are very good at recognizing who produced a given utterance, especially if they produced the utterance themselves. Performance was much weaker when subjects recalled who produced the utterance immediately following the given utterance. We investigated several variables in order to predict which utterances are easier to remember.en_US
