dc.description.abstractTraining and continuing education in and for the food industry has to face the challenge of reaching and motivating workers without or with only a low level of formal qualification. We have developed and evaluated a casual game for training knowledge on food safety and hazardous material regulations that provides - in addition to the fun of playing it - several incentives for motivating different types of users.en_US
